I had a talent agency interested in taking me on for representation. They had me do a couple auditions for them.
I sent them Friday.
When should I followup on that?
Week? 2 weeks?

Confused. Are you asking about your auditions or if they want to commit to representing you? (usually an agent does not send auditions to someone they are not representing, so it's unclear if they signed you or not) If you are asking about the auditions, agents do not give feedback unless they need adjustments. If this is about representation, and you sent to them Friday, give them time to take it in. Not all agents are created equal. Some have a team that need to evaluate new talent and some are a one man band. I would at least give this a week or so. You don't want to come across desperate or needy. If you have not heard back in a week, drop them a note.

When I signed with my current agent I was referred to them by one of their A list talents, and even with that "in", it was a month after I sent a 60 sec demo before I heard anything from them. Then, when they called, the conversation lasted approx 15 seconds and I was put on hold, then told by the agent's assistant that the agent would call back.

One month later they called again. That conversation lasted about one minute and that was it...I was on board. It was obvious that they were busy people. That agent also handled several celebrity endorsement deals, along with about 40 non celeb talent.

After signing on, I was glad that I had not pestered them and waited it out.

Thanks @MBVOXX .
I actually got an email back from them a few days later saying they were interested in bringing me on. Asked if I was interested, replied I was and now playing the waiting game.
Seems to be the way it goes. No rush.
I appreciate the feedback and perspective.
