Wondering if anyone is using a curved display monitor with your VO set up?
Am considering a 49" Samsung and curious if there might be any issue with
sound reflection back into the mic.

I have an ultra-wide Samsung in my booth but it's not curved, so I'm no help there.

I’m not sure you’ll have reflection problems if the rest of your room is well sound treated. With that big a screen you’ll probably sit further back from it,

I know a gent in Phoenix who has something like a 60+ inch monitor over his control board ... I’m guessing just because he can. The setup does look cool. He voices in a separate booth using an iPad to control his DAW. I’m happy with a 24” monitor on which I can place the copy and recording software side by side. It’s just starting to fail so I bought a 28 incher 4K just in case I get time to watch hi res videos.

I have a 27" curved Sceptre in the booth and have no issues. I read off a 12.9" iPad Pro.

In the control room I have a 35" ultra wide monitor and my plan is to get the control room sounding good enough to record quick self-tape jobs and auditions out here. But we're not done treating the room yet... so I'll have to check back in on that.

I'd tend to agree with Bruce....you should be able to address most issues with treatment in the room itself or with how you address the mic.

Just don’t sit at the focal point of the reflection, kind of like a parabolic microphone. That would be bad. Otherwise you should be fine.

34 inch ultrawide here. It would be one of a few things I would grab were my house to be on fire. I have a 27 inch 4K square monitor at another studio and always miss the 34'' when I'm there.

I angle sit a little off to one side and angle it a bit away from me. Haven't had any problems with reflections into my 416.

Please post how you like the 49 inch if you end up with one.
