I can't stop looking at the hair swoop in the first picture. |

I believe a tube of hair gel comes with each mic package.

Is that meant to be a wink?
It rather appears to be a look of surprise and/or horror on finding an alien life-form on his head.
Some people can wink convincingly... some people can't.
Some photographers can capture a wink... those that can't simply tell the model to close one eye and hold the pose... and that never works _________________ Bish a.k.a. Bish

Not since Dr. Johnny Fever have we seen the old grasp-the-mic-that's-mounted-in-a-boom maneuver. _________________ Lee Gordon, O.A.V.

Nobody pulled that off better than Howard Hessman as Johnny Fever. What a character... |

Yesterday booked my old U87 in for a service. Cost £480 which is around $650 the cost to mail it? MORE than the mic above but possibly less than the hair cut/style, |

I'd become disinterested in sitcoms by the time WKRP in Cincinnati came along, so I'd never seen that done... until eight years ago when I began doing weekends on an Oldies station. The guy whose shift preceded mine did that and I could never understand why when everything we needed to see was directly in front of us. How bizarre. _________________ Mike

All I could hear was the sound of every engineer's head exploding as he TOUCHES THE MIC.
I think some of them have developed the ability to shoot fire from their eyes.
Please, keep your engineer happy and sane. Don't touch the mic.
