Vocal Health Specialist Mindy Pack, & Dr. Reena Gupta, Laryngologist, put together a FREE webinar on August 3rd at 8pm. These incredible women have offered their time and expertise to us to help us learn how to properly take care of our money-makers along with how to warm up before a session. Ms. Pack will have a 2-minute warmup exercise that each attendee will receive. They will also be covering vocally stressful sessions/efforts and how to bounce back from them *in the booth*.
All they ask is that while in attendance, you either have a few different sizes of straws (ie, regular drinking straw AND cocktail straws, varying lengths of each), OR purchase The Voice Straw, which Ms. Pack developed with the physiological needs of our vocal cords in mind. Thanks, Bruce. Coincidentally, I've been working with a singing coach for the past month correcting bad posture and breathing to sustain my voice longer each day. Who knew straws would play such a big part? I always thought they sucked. Ninja
