I stopped teaching my Introduction to VO class at City College after 18 years. Hopefully they will continue to offer it (or something similar) in the Spring on 2018. It focused on self-evaluation, business, marketing and technology during the 16-week, twice a week class with homework. A screaming deal at community college prices.
Anyway, I needed a break and when I took the break I decided to keep it! But I have introduced a once a month workout limited to 6. Anyone who has spent the time to figure out sort of where they fit is welcome. We work on cold read copy and I also ask that you bring in a piece of copy (audition or actual job). Next one is September 26th.
