Peter,

Great looking site. I didn't realize that you're blogging about voiceover, too. I've added both your blog and your main site to my blogroll.

Peter,

I think your site looks very good except I am getting scroll bars for both horizontal and vertical If you re-arranged the elements a bit I think you could get it so there weren't any scrollbars and it was all visible on a single page.

Great work!

Joe

Looks great Peter...nice and clean. Also I get a horizontal scroll bar at the bottom of the browser window. My monitor resolution is 1024 x 768.

Your radio imaging demo is linked incorrectly. It plays your commercial demo. The weird part is that my Winamp player displays the title as your radio imaging demo.

Peter, I like it!

Consolidated and easier to navigate than your old site.
One issue, when you "x" out of your demo it closes your entire site. You might want to have the demo pop up in a separate window.

I do get a vert scroll bar.

I get the scroll bars as well,

the only thing worse that having to scroll vertically is scrolling horizontally.

Horizontal Scroll Bar for me, too... and I'll reiterate something some very savvy web-designed told me when I was working on my latest website (you)...

K-I-S-S...and to my eye...there's too much text on the home page. Practically blank on the left, and verbose on the right...and pretty small font... can't you just delegate some of the info on the right to secondary pages?

My 2-cents.

Many, many thanks to those of you who were kind enough to visit the web and offer me your insights and comments. Especially the positive ones!

The negative ones I dismissed with the wave of my kingly hand as being the musings of idiots! Angry

KIDDING...JOKE THERE! Inoccent Nobody go getting their Irish up!

As a matter of fact, should you visit the site now, the vertical/horizontal problem should be resolved (if you tilt your head at a 45 degree angle, the vertical and horizontal are much less problematic) Laugh

It was a matter of my web folks believing most folks by now had higher resolution monitors…I kept saying, really?! Are their statistics on that? Evidently, not very good ones. So thanks for that heads up.

Dan-o, thanks for the file catch. Just too many things to do when setting up a new site and I tried to do them too fast Shocked (like uploading demos and double checking they were correct...you know, small stuff!) This has also been repaired.

And now, anchor boy Wink ! Your FIRST mistake was ever listening to me! Laugh But in all seriousness, Dave, I did talk to you about keeping it simple on your site. Compared to what I had on my old site, I steamrollered the “simple” concept straight over into almost bland. Less copy, much, much, much more white space. But the copy I did include alluded to the OTHER point I made to you about your site regarding Search Engine Optimization or Search Engine Marketing.

Managing site key words are what the battle for attention on the web is all about. Setting it up in a format that engines will readily accept while making it readable for the surfer…it’s a challenge and an on going task. But that’s why the copy is set up the way it is.

So in absolutely, grossly honest seriousness, thank you one and all for your input and advice. I readily accepted and appreciated all of it.
Smile

Wow. That's a TON of content.

Looks great...almost info-overload for me though.

Didn't try demos yet....need sleep. Will though.

That's a wild site Peter!
