It might be a good idea to make a mention of PayPal on the contribution site. All it says is "Please send gifts of any size using the 'I'm sending money to family or friends' option to DB@DBCooperVO.com." Took me awhile to figure out the PayPal connection

It depends on the skin/format you have the VO-BB set to.
If you have it set to Comic Book then there's a Big Blue button up on the top left.
