Can someone help me convert an .SWF file to something like an .MOV or .MP4 file that I can upload to YouTube? I don't have the original Flash "stage" setup.

(sorry, I don't think that was the download page. I remember you need to wade through pages of how awesome it is before you get there.)

If you are a firefox user I think videodownloader will convert for you. It's a free add on.
