We came, we pawed, we conked out.
Bob and his #1 fans, proving that Mandy is not just Saucier, but sauciest...and Pam...well, she's Pam!
Yours truly with another Bob...Bergen.
Would it be a party without Moe and Liz? I THINK NOT!!!
The "O" boys: O'Connell, and Paddy-O
There's more....but it's late... so much smiling, my face hurts.

It was a wonderful evening -- great to see all of you and tributes to you Couro and others who travelled long distances to be there.
We have pix to post and will do so a bit later. _________________ http://MichaelSchoen.com |

Between here and facebook, I've seen a number of photos and it looks like you all had a great time!! What a fab event, and so nice that everyone could get together. Post more pictures!!
I hope you'll still accept me into the fold at the next gathering, since I've skipped a couple already. _________________ Caryn Clark... The Hip Chick Voice!

Here are my shots from the Mixer itself. My photos from before the event are in the thread Deirdre started on the pre-event event.
With us from Oregon was Dave DeAndrea.
The organizers of the event, Lindsay Reiss and Erik Sheppard.
One of the more dramatic moments during the mixer was at the end of the "door prizes" when Erik announced that Lindsey had won a prize, then pulled out a small box, knelt to one knee and asked Lindsey to marry him. Fortunately for Erik she said "yes."
It so much fun meeting Elaine Singer before the event, and seeing Doug Turkel again.
Dave Courvoisier taught Bob Bergen how to tweet from the floor of the event. (Well, they were talking, about what I don't really know.)
Here's a shot of the crowded floor from near one end. I see Elaine, CC, Peter, Philip, Moe, Lee, Mandy and Marian in the crowd.
Getting a hug from Pam Tierney, even though she's looking the other way.
And it was a great delight to see September Day Leach at the Mixer, too.
Aside from the music being so loud it was almost impossible to hold a conversation and the name tags being hard to read, it was a whole lot of fun. I'm very glad I went. _________________ Be well,

Elisa,
It was ever so much fun seeing you again and especially getting to chat with you for a bit at dinner. Give it a couple of days and the jet lag will leave you alone. _________________ Be well,

I like the way I get ALL the credit for a party organised by someone else ... Nobody tell Eric, LindZ and September.
A BIG deserved vote of thanks from both Elisa and me goes to Liz for being our Taxi on Saturday and especially to Melissa who gave up a chunk of her Sunday to play NYC tour guide and limo driver. |
