dan-o: thanks; i just drank 16oz of water. i don't have a hoarseness problem, but it's mighty dry here and proper hydration keeps me slick.

And when we hydrate, we are supposed to take little sips all through the day -- even when not working. Guzzling a bottle of water all at once can actually make things dryer. You're not lubricating your throat with the water as you drink it. That's the way too many people think of it. _________________ Patricia Shanks
