Have you ever wanted to DIRECT your own reality show?
The AIM agency is now auditioning aspiring directors looking for their big break.
In the world’s first 100% user generated and user controlled reality competition, “All Access Karaoke.” We start with an audition on July 12th. After your auditions are in, our judges will pick the most talented to participate in the show. The user-community then takes over and will select the 10 person Production Crew from everyday people who aspire to be directors. They will be competing for the opportunity to be name the Best Director by the community and receive a production equipment rental package to produce their own show and pitch it to television executives. There is just one catch, each week a new member of the 10 person crew will be selected at random to direct the next episode of the show, and will have to assign the other production responsibilities to the remaining 9 crew who they are competing with for the Best Director title. And the user community will be able to follow all the real behind the scenes drama.
You must have lighting, editing (Final Cut Pro), and shooting experience to be eligible.

Hmm. The Project manager said in his first note to me:
