Interesting....over 70 replies as I write this and not one single person says they have had a source connect session in the last 30 days. OK....I think that tells me somthing. Now lets change the question....how many have had an ISDN session in the last 30 days?

I have had both Source-Connect and ISDN for almost a year. I have never used either in a session.
I'm so glad I put myself through the hassle of installing the ISDN... it made me a better person, and I enjoy the monthly service bill immensely.
World Peace everyone!

My last ISDN session was two days ago; Source-Connect was maybe 4 months ago.

In the last 30 days, 43 ISDN & 2 Source Connect. I probably use SC once or twice a month. Not much I know, but it was worth buying when I did and has certainly paid for itself many times over. _________________ www.davidmonteath.com

David, The burning question is, "How many times have you been requested to deliver by scuba equipped stoat"? |

Me too Courvo. I have had a couple of ISDN sessions, no SC sessions.
The ISDN dept. of my business is clearly not profitable at this point.
I've thought about dropping the service and selling the codec, but I just got two new out-of-town agencies to rep me, and wonder if I might get dropped by them if I drop the ISDN service........
Yoda was just talking about this on his blog recently. |

I've had a couple of ISDN sessions too. My ISDN is new and I don't use it much yet, but Courvo, I think it's because we didn't have it so we are not yet "in" with the clients who use it. I think it will take a little bit of time to develop this new area.
I was seriously thinking of getting Source Connect, nearly bought it but there was a problem processing my order on the website and now I'm not so sure I want it anymore. _________________ www.clairedodin.com |

I've had Source Connect for less than a month and I did have one session that looked like it would be a SC session, but the client opted for a Phone Patch instead. I'm still hopeful though. |

I use ISDN daily and SC rarely. Around four sessions last year. However, I was able to pick-up a few new and regular clients through the SC contact list. Ironically, they all connect with me by ISDN. Have I made a profit using SC? Yes. Has being listed on the contact page made money? Even more so. All in all, a very nice ROI, for me. |
