hello!

Is there someone available tomorrow for an ISDN connection test?
We tried to set it up today and it kept dropping the calls.
The AT&T engineer is coming tomorrow between 8am and 5pm (LA time) to repair the line, I'd like to make a test when he's there before he leaves to be on the safe side. Unfortunately I can't give you a time, but if one of you is around during the day and doesn't mind receiving a phone call...
I'll be eternally grateful!

So did ATT call back and tell you they are sending out a tech, or did they not call back at all?
I think there is a very good chance the problem is telco related. If not, you are welcome to give me the info of the guy you purchased the Prima from and I can talk to him about it.
I hate leaving with a not fully functioning studio, but we did all we could!

Yesterday about 5p Bob and I did a test. My lines were dropping out.

Not sure it was MCI yet, Bob and I are on the same Telco.

Make sure you check with your LD provider, that's what my issue turned out to be! Now that I'm with Sprint, it's been smooth sailing! Oh, and if you need someone else to do a test- I'm here! I have a session at noon Pacific downtown, so I'll be leaving around 11am Pacific to get there.

George, thanks for everything you did! I'm very hopeful it's the line and not the prima.
They called last night and their test of the line was bad with and without the prima on. So that's why they are sending the engineer.
Hopefully tonight I'll be a happy new member of the ISDN family! Laugh

Glad all is well. I hope my circuit problems will be fixed by Monday.

Does any one on the BB know a MCI number for ISDN LD service?

The MCI Customer Service folks in Manila can't help and I have had no luck finding a contact number for ISDN LD that is stateside.
