Did a bit of testing yesterday to see if I could use Skype as a phone patch alternative while using MicPort Pro---It didn't seem like it will work because Audition recorded the caller's audio along with my own--Is it possible to separate them using the MicPort Pro or does the design of the unit preclude this? I tried both mono and stereo with the same results. Perhaps I'm missing something? Or not?

Make sure you assign the record source in Audition as the MicPort, not Windows Default or Microsoft Sound Mapper.
It will work perfectly for this application.
