Just a note to nearby folks:

I have a class at CP Casting in Boston starting up on January 14. It's a very elementary VO class--"beginner" is the slated level-- but it might be good for someone who wants practice with speech rudiments and mic styling.

Contact CP Casting if it sounds like a good idea.

All the Best,
Deirdre

You pointed me to Wil Lebow a couple years ago. I went and enjoyed it. The training was good but I still haven't gotten off the dime yet. I heard from Matt that you were teaching there as well. congrats, an d have a happy new year. this board is great.

Professor Claus Frimmel's piece on character creation was brilliant! Sadly, I only have the introduction.

Dang, that's the first time I've heard that Frimmel piece. That's great! There must be a story behind it.

There's a story behind all of Phil's stuff. If there isn't a real one he'll make one up.
