To the computer gurus here - I've just added some memory to my computer but it doesn't seem to be recognizing it. I'm pretty sure it's seated properly. Any suggestions as to what I should do? _________________ Elaine

Can you remove the first RAM stick and seat the new one in its slot? _________________ DBCooperVO.com |

Whoops, when I went back to try DB's suggestion, I realized that although I thought it was seated properly, but it wasn't. I was afraid to apply too much pressure but all is fine now. _________________ Elaine

That's the usual culprit!
Glad you smoked it out. _________________ DBCooperVO.com |
