Actor and announcer John Henry Kurtz dead at 62

Best known for his multi-talented voice on Broadway and TV, actor John Henry Kurtz died Saturday morning after a valiant battle with cancer. He was 62.

Kurtz, of Cape May, New Jersey, was the announcer and voice of NBC Nightly News, Court TV, numerous commercials and several other shows.

He was a true gentelman and a very talented VO artist. He will be missed
