I wish...
But... it was all done in 3d simulation software using actual data from Mars surface mapping.
Among other things, I'm working on a short documentary script about Mars rover science, and I ran across these images today. I've been a Mars nut since I was a kid. _________________ Charter Member: Threadjackers Local 420 |

That one picture looks like there are fossils in it...a trilobyte in the upper right....however if you view it as if viewing from far away some of the fractures they talk about look like they could be a satelite shot of some city streets some where.
