I try to live my life upbeat and with a good idea of how I can serve others in my mind at all times.
Rick Gordon passed this video to me, and I would like to pass it on to you.
After viewing this particular "lecture", my efforts to live life happy - will double. See how your life has taken it's path and how you feel about your life after viewing this:

Frank,
Thanks for posting this. I'd seen the original lecture video from CMU, but not this. Great stuff. _________________ Be well,

I'm watching this right now - I hear Bob Bergen's advice coming through - especially about obstacles - why they are there - to make you better as you climb over them.
And don't complain! What great advice.
Now, what if you don't have good parents? _________________ Playing for a living...

Just remember: "Your parents are still your parents. Without them, you wouldn't be here - so they must have done something good"!?

I thought about this video after my FIL was diagnosed last month. Haven't been able to sit through it since.
Sonny Melendrez is a good guy, too. Been in San Antonio radio a LONG time... _________________ Greg Littlefield

2nd time I've seen this...just as powerful.
Just went & gave my mom a hug...and NOW I'm off to have more FUN doing a VO script.
I REALLY do love my job...because it really is fulfilling my dreams.
