In another thread, Anothony said something like "this post is like SO 2 years ago". I had to look at the date stamp on it. Then I looked at the memberlist to see when this beast got rolling.

November, 2004!

so. . . 3 years plus a couple of months.

wow. doesn't seem that long ago i discovered this haven shortly after voiceartist.com went dark. i do remember it filled a void and has been a daily part of my life ever since.

as posted elsewhere...much gratitude to ms. d. she didn't really have to go to all the trouble. but i'm very glad she did.

I remember when you started this....I think I was one of the first few to join. That was after that one board went down. It's been long enough that I don't even remember the name of that one. It seems like there was about a 6 month delay when the one went down....everybody wondered if it was coming back....then out of the wreckage and carnage....(sounds more dramatic with those words...truth is...I think the person just didn't renew the site) THE VO-bb appeared. I have to think that the VO-bb has very much changed the industry in many ways. Congrats DB...and thanks for all that you do for all of us.
