What great customer service!
My Zephyr needed repair.
They sent a loaner, I sent my unit to them in the same box.
A week later, my baby is fixed and it will get here in 2 days.
Then I can send the loaner back in THAT box.
I haven't been without a codec and NO MONEY has changed hands yet.
I'll be getting back a very spiffy machine.
Yay Telos!!! _________________ DBCooperVO.com

Great to hear! I'll be interested in knowing if they charged for use of the loaner. While I'd second everything said about their great customer service, they told me loaners were available for a price. I hope that's not the case in your situation. Wishing you the best with your lean, mean, repaired machine! _________________ Joe Szymanski

If your unit is under warranty, there's no cost of the loaner.
Mine cost $200.
Oh, well.
I don't have a spare. _________________ DBCooperVO.com
