You take a great picture. My only comment is that your bangs are a bit long, and don't allow your eyes (which are beautiful by the way) to stand out as much as they could. Having said that I still think it's a great photo, and I'd be amazed if you don't get calls for auditions.
It's probably to late but you could ask your agent to look at the proofs since she knows what's sellable.
