We've got some really good eyes on VO-BB. And, some really talented
people.

Here's another website for your critique. Just got it up yesterday.
We're a Production House, and we do VO only, as well.

Have at it!

Thanks in advance.

Nothing to critique really.....a well designed site with cool graphics and some eye candy...but not too much. I like the rocket image. Well done Bill.

I think it's a really nice, clean layout and the rocket effect is sweeet!

Thanks. I didn't design it, but I did ask for it to be a simple, one page
site.

I just want to make sure it's complete enough. I'm putting two more spot demos on there.

Nothing gets past you guys. Does it need more color?

Bill-
Cool graphic. I would like to see a little more color contrast.

I was confused on the listen tab. I thought it was a button and clicked it. I figured out pretty quickly how do play the demos and the player that pops up was cool.

Last thing, the get a quote button has no rollover action so I wasn't sure if it would do anything.

I wish I could do a sit that was that cool.

Really nice design...great "heatwave" effect on the rocket exhaust, too...very clever. And eye-catching without being distracting.

Again, just make sure you duplicate your text in HTML comments or ALT tags so that your site gets indexed...be a shame to have it hidden from searches!

Glad you brought that up. I had to go back and review the site again.
The Speed Of Sound... being the main header... seems fine. But I think you need more distinction with the other titles... LISTEN... SERVICES... and LET'S GET STARTED. The white lettering and the tan background... all looking the same... leave me wondering what point each title is leading to. Let me put it this way. When I look at the RATES heading... I seem to understand it clearly, because it leaps out of the background. LET'S GET STARTED does have some shadow, but would probably be more effective with a different color background.
I hope that's not too confusing.

I love it and wouldn't change the color at all! I would, however, make a way to stop the animation. I had to click away from the site before I could read everything because I was getting motion sick. :-(

Dramamine.

I like it, too, and am not all about scrutiny. Clicks to your demos were fine, 'rates' took me where I needed to go (and I think that's a good idea, in case some yahoo needs to know RIGHT NOW how much it's gonna cost him), and I like the colors, too. Brown is VERY in. Wink

Bill,

I like it! I also like the animated rocket but agree it should slow down or stop after the initial view. It does get distracting after a while.

Nice work!

Thanks for all the feedback! We'll use it!

I'll post some AUDITIONS here from time to time. I've listened to a lot of your demos, and they're very good!

We produce commercials for agencies. If it's cool with the people who run the board (DB?), I would just as soon post some vo jobs here (WORK), rather than the $200 a year sites.

We like having a big "bullpen". Thanks again!

Bill

Yep, the "people" who run the board is "me."

Now ably assisted by my right-hand man and First Mate, Brian Hart.

Liz.

It isn't just you. I had the same reaction. (over 50 voices? OK let's see a list. Click. Nothing. Hmmm.)
