In relation SEO for your site do you have separate pages for each genre you work in?
Commercial, animation, IVR, etc.?
Or is it all on one page? _________________ www.moosevoice.com |

At our, non-corporate, level it really doesn't matter. We mere mortals are playing Poker with no cards and no money against Microsoft, Google and Kevin (obvs). We simply meed people to visit our sites as opposed to get ourselves found.
"Dave, you use VO people, visit my website, here's the link"
Dave clicks link and within a few seconds is hearing your voice. Job done.
Background on you - No one cares.
List of credits - You are letting him hear your demos.
Studio Quality - " "
Equipment - Few, if any are really interested.
TOP TIP - Avoid inane slogans and branding statements they only need to remember your name, your sound and your bank details. |

I have all my demos on one demos page,
and also on my homepage.
The only exception is I have a separate page for Political. Here in the States people who are looking for a political VO tend to be laser focused, so I decided to do that.
But I'm with Philip the easier you make it for people to find you and what you offer is what you should do. _________________ Liz de Nesnera O.A.V. ~ Livin' The VO Dream!

I believe there is a way to do both - keep it easy & concise for clients by having everything in one place, but also to create separate pages to increase SEO hits. I don't know all the particulars, but you can keep pages hidden/non-public on your site, but have an individual demo live there. I believe you can also (depending on the audio player you use) point your demo page playback to the individual pages. |
