Of course it means something... it means that Twix come in a double pack, so if you buy a Twix, you get two... and have two opportunities to use them. Philip is obviously on a ration of one Twix per week (times are difficult)... but unlike many other confections, this allows a double use. Just wait 'til he gets on to the Bounty bars!
