I have had a 'changing of the ad agency guard' twice on fun 'voice of' gigs as well... The one gig that I got replaced on that hurt the most was a SciFi Audiobook, I got paid for my work...but when the book went live it weren't me reading it. That one stung. Eventually I guess they decided a male narrator was what they wanted. _________________ Moe Egan

Not exactly a replaced but last year I got messages from a couple of friends that they had gotten an audition with a reference video of the sound the producer wanted. The reference video was me. So I sent a note to the producer saying "I hear you're looking for me. Now you know where to find me"
I never heard from him. LOL. |

A couple years ago I voiced the nemesis in the video game DYING: Reborn. But in the end another voice was cast. That stung, too! _________________ www.chriskoprowski.com/en |
