Let's keep this in perspective. This isn't JMC suing VDC over anything other than the continued use of an endorsement video after the endorsement was removed. It's too easy to see this as something more than it is. The video has now been taken down. How this now proceeds (regarding compensation etc.) is a matter of how the plaintiff, the defendant, their lawyers, and the courts proceed in this international dispute. This will probably be as nail-biting as watching paint dry. The legal process (apart from some notable exceptions) has never been a wonderfully engaging spectator sport.
Oh, Philip... I mentally added a Barbour jacket and Hunter wellies to your barrister's attire.

Would've been rude to do otherwise.
As for the level of interest in the event or background thereof at least now people know JMC is a Voice Actor, Coach and demo producer with an interesting collection of celebrity nail clippings.
The Sun newspaper in the UK, a well known intellectual heavyweight, owes voiceoverXtra a thank you card as because of the level of content in the latter I am now an avid reader of the former. |
