For those I haven't already bored to tears, I'd like to pay tribute to my mentor while using some of his work as an example of great storytelling.
Of the 11 chapters of "The Triumph of Man," an exhibit at the 1964-65 New York World's Fair, I chose three that cover a range of emotions and still give me goosebumps to listen to.
Voice-over is not simply the act of speaking; the mere reading of words from a page. Anyone can do that. But, in my opinion, nobody did it better than the late Peter A. Thomas.
