Hi, people

As always, I am puzzled with these:


25 sec internet commercial (usage: Internet, buyout: 1 year)

25 sec Radio commercial (usage: Radio, buyout: 1 year)

25 sec local TV commercial (usage: Local TV, buyout: 1 year)


25 sec national TV commercial (usage: National TV, buyout: 1 year)


e-learning VO recording up to 350 words (approx 1 x A4 page - internal use - non broadcast)


e-learning VO recording up to 2000 words (approx 6 x A4 page - internal use - non broadcast)


e-learning VO recording up to 3500 words (approx 10 x A4 page - internal use - non broadcast)


e-learning VO recording up to 5000 words (approx 15 x A4 page - internal use - non broadcast)


How do I calculate that?

While not perfect and sometimes a bit confusing, have you looked at http://www.globalvoiceacademy.com/resources/voice-over-industry-standard-rate-guide/

One thing - you need to know what size font is on that A4 page and if it is double spaced. They can cram a lot of words with 8 point font single spaced with tiny margins.
