I had no idea it was easy to grow your own watercress. I thought you needed some kind of swamp or bog. Turns out it's easy to grow it hydroponically. So soon our resident llama, Al, will get it as a regular comestible instead of the rare treat.

I had one of those Areogarden things thats the all-in-one unit. I seriously grew so much that I couldn't give it away fast enough.

I think I had thyme, mint, dill, parsley and two kinds of basil. The basil pretty much exploded and took everything over.

They work great, and it was neat to make my own pestos.
