worked for a station manager who previously had a plumbing businss with his brother... last name was Leake.
my sister had a girl in one of her elementary grades, Iona Boob. I kid you not.
H.S. classmate of mine Glenn Campbell, also there was a Wyatt Earp ( yes, a descendent) who was a year or so behind me in school.
a cameraman at one of my stations used to have fun with our less than bright receptionist, he would call on the main line and ask her to page Mike Graphone, and Mike Rowave. (and it was more than once!) Receptionist at the radio station took a message from an advertising client, a restaurant, he was calling in a change on the menu, but the "while you were out" ticket had the calling coming from Marilyn Crabmeat. She was in one of the college courses I taught, no the sharpest tool in the shed but a good lookin one!
yeah its Friday afternoon and I just got done re-creating graphics for a video that has been done a while, but somehow the braintrust here (me) deleted some of them.. DOH!! thankfully I had it out to tape already andcould copy it verbatim. |

I can top that. Sort of.
Okay, so he wasn't as famous as Glen Campbell or Wyatt Earp, but you better believe I'd heard of him early on... _________________ Great Voice. Great Choice. For Voice Talking and stuff.

My mother's psychologist is Dr. Knee. Her physical therapist is Dr. Sike. I don't know why I keep getting them confused...

An ER doc in Grossmont Hospital (La Mesa, CA) is name Dr. Butcher -- instills confidence -- especial with a ten blade in hand. He did some minor surgery on my wife's hand after a dog bite. Then Dr. Butcher referred her to the hand specialist, Dr. Handler.

David Houston - the singer from the 60s - had a hit with "I gave her the ring and she gave me the finger".
He was known for the humor in his offbeat songs and his incredible voice. |

At the hospital in the next town over, there used to be a surgeon named Dr. Hacker. Not quite as bad as Greg's Dr. Butcher, but I think I'd have qualms about either one holding a scalpel anywhere near my body. |

I wanted to make a stealth link to his site, but I thought twice about his webmaster tracing the "refferal site" back to here, so I'll just mention that I saw a sign in someone's yard for Woodcock for Guv'ner. Gotta wonder how much it sucked to be him in middle school.
