You simply have to send in your DAE* form for an TASE.

DAE = Doesn't Actually Exist
TASE = Time accquired Skills Exemption

All requests will be given considered consideration and successful applicants who have applied with an application will be added to the list above.

My louche decision is final.

So... a Brit posts a link to Youtube content that was created in the US. A Brit in the US tries to watch it and gets this...

"This video contains content from SME, who has blocked it in your country on copyright grounds."

There are so many ways to analyze this... but the only real conclusion is that the copyright and rights management system is completely broken. Who is SME? Did they just detect a music bed and claim copyright? This stuff really annoys me.
