Congrats Tammy. Something about that first check that's so different than the others. I'm sure you'll have many many more come in after it. _________________ Hart Voice Overs Blog

WOW! Congratulations Tammy....It's a wonderful feeling isn't it? It wasn't too long ago that I was feeling that too. I've found that this job is filled with little triumphs and excitements. This is just the first of many for you. I'm really excited and happy for you! Congratulations! _________________ TG2

Tammy,
Good for you! I agree that success is something to be shared, far and wide. I'm delighted to read this good news.
By the way, if you'd like to read the story of my first paying voiceover job and what it meant to me, it's the second post of this thread:

Wow! Has anyone ever mentioned to this group that you're all the MOST supportive and nice people that they've ever encountered? If not - then somebody should have and I'm saying it now! Thank you so much for all of your wonderful thoughts!!!
As for me being able to give advice....weeeelllll??? The only thing I could tell anyone is that if they have questions and/or concerns about VO - then they should go to this website - they'll meet the best people on the planet.
I knew there was a reason I wanted to get into this field! Thanks again everyone!! _________________ Life is what happens when you're making other plans. |
