Here's bits from my second successful ipDTL test:
https://soundcloud.com/lanceblair/lanceblair-kevyparr-ipdtl
The clip is taken from my main interface's output of the ipDTL return sent to another interface on another computer running Adobe Audition 3. No processing.
I'm in Atlanta on Windows 8 with Wi-Fi. We even did a test with a Firewire interface (Audiofire 2) and that worked too.
Kevin Parr was in Dundee, Scotland on a Mac with Wi-Fi. Over the course of an hour he said he had three really quick dropouts (less than half a second). I didn't have any on my end.
It never had any remotely noticeable lag time to it, and it always sounded of the same consistent high quality.
Today a studio I work for in Germany wrote to me saying they're going to look into ipDTL. _________________ Skype: globalvoiceover

Hei Lance,
Thanks for the update on ipDTL. Will have to check it out and see if any studio here in Finland would be interested.
Sounded great on your recording.

Thanks! I should also note that Kevin Parr is talking with his computer mic outside of his booth, so it's not super-duper sound...but it comes across well! _________________ Skype: globalvoiceover
