OK here's an odd one;...Once a year I send my demos to regional talent agencies in hopes of "broadening my voiceover horizons"..this time around, I didn't hear any feedback, meaning I was rejected for whatever reason. Or, so I thought. Yesterday, I get an e-mail from someone I didn't know asking me to audition for a TV spot..after some checking around, I found out she was from a talent agency, and sure enough I check their website, and there I am on their talent roster...I'm not complaining..but it is wierd.. |

Perhaps a new agency, trying to build a roster?
Or, she could simply be an insightful and intelligent individual who knows real talent when she "hears" it.
Either way.
Sometimes I think that LIFE would like for us to take "YES" for an answer. |

i've had this happen: when you submit they have your style covered (maybe even over-covered) - then time passes and someone falls out of favor, moves on, etc - creating a void that ultimately you are able to fill.
representation by attrition. _________________ "i know philip banks": todd ellis
