So, on a per job basis averaged across the year how much are your GENUINE costs as a freelancer. Your genuine costs are what you have to spend in order to work for a client NOT what you choose to spend.

My number - Every job costs me $4.59.

Three British pounds which at the exchange rate this morning was $4.59. It's fairly accurate as it was the average over the last 900 sessions. I need to know that but it really does have nothing to do with the prices at which I sell.

In calculating a price I NEED to know the following

Buy-out = Below market rate
Non Union = Below market rate
Best price = Below market rate
Tight Budget = Please come in below market rate and lower than our budget
