|

I saw that the Clerks II trailer doesn't have a voiceover, just titles for the tag lines...so, I decided to supply my own VO. Have a listen if you like.
DH - Clerks II Trailer
...
I was reminded that I probably shouldn't hog all the fun. Here's the audio and the .mov video file for the trailer I used:
Clerks II Audio
Clerks II Trailer (small)
Other video formats and sizes can be found here. Go nuts!
NOTE: Much of the audio is NOT work- or kid-safe, and gets a bit raunchy. My final version is PG, but use your own discretion when editing. _________________ Great Voice. Great Choice. For Voice Talking and stuff.

Excelllent!
I like the "...Jersey Girl, Ah...Clerks!"
Tag should be "Now Playing...Everywhere!"
Nice job!

I used a little creative license in the editing:
Here's my take.
Also, if anyone would like to use the trailer shell I created, it's here.
Script:
Ten years ago they were going nowhere
Sadly, they have finally arrived
From the makers of Clerks, Mallrats, Dogma and...Jersey Girl
Comes the return of the counter culture
Clerks 2
Coming...Soon |

Having trouble downloading yours, Philip.
(Many thanks, BTW.)
UPDATE: Heard it. I humbly slip into third place...
I can practically hear the raised eyebrow and sneer on "...Jersey Girl?" Masterful. _________________ Great Voice. Great Choice. For Voice Talking and stuff.

Here's mine.....
Clerks 2
I just got some new monitors so let me know if sounds jacked up mix-wise on your end. I got some KRK's with a 10" KRK sub so I am still adjusting to the massivity of the sound.

Nice jobs to Allen and Ben. (And Ben, how dare you re-mix my re-mix. )

David, I am sure you know we are not doing this to compete with each other. (Well, I am not.) It's fun to do and excellent practice. Even Philip had to break from his signature voice and stretch into an yankee accent to get the feel of this script.
Quote: | I can practically hear the raised eyebrow and sneer on "...Jersey Girl?" Masterful. | See, case in point. I did a verision similar to Philip's, but, I decided to go with the "embarrased, shove grandma back into the attic before anyone notices" take; instead of the "why is this listed with these "actually decent" movies" take. Why? Came down to a coin toss, I guess. But, Banksey got the laugh and I will log that into my memory banks. |
