After adding a nice dry rub I mixed up, it's been on the grill for about 6 hours now. At the 6:30 mark or so we'll pull out the beer, salad and potatos and eat.

It's actually a recipe for brisket, but I find it does wonders for roast too. Last time I cooked it I made up my own BBQ sauce and I'm wishing I had done so today, but my wife talked me out of it. I'm guessing that's because she just cleaned the kitchen. Wink

Not quite as good as last time. I left it on too long so the crust was a bit too charred, but the inside was delicious. Forget cutting it with a knife, it just falls apart when you pick at it with a fork. I love using a dry rub instead of a sauce. When slow cooked, meat gets so tender and juicy. The wife's mashed potatos were the perfect compliment. I love it when she does home-made ones instead of using the packets.
