WING Radio, one of the first Top 40 radio stations in the nation, nurtured many media careers, including Jonathan Winters, Chicago sportscaster Mark Giangreco, John King, Terry Dorsey, Jack Wymer and Steve Kirk."
AND Peter K. O'Connell!
Except that O'Connell worked at WVUD-FM (not WING) from '82-'86 and only knew Mark Giangreco cause he was from Buffalo and knew Steve Kirk from his morning show on WING and his Saturday night TV show on WKEF-TV (on which O'Connell once briefly appreared). And O'Connell will never be in the Dayton (or any other city) Broadcasting Hall of Fame
