Voice Bunny makes about as much sense to me as Boners BBQ--in reference to the name.

Something tells me Boners BBQ isn't putting their social media boner back in the box anytime soon.

B

"boner" is a contraction of the slang term "bonehead", origin USA 100 years ago.

In New Zealand, "boner" means an animal whose meat is only worthy of being chopped up and put in soup or stew, something like the U.S. "canner" designation.

I'm wondering what is going on the woman's mind when she selects a restaurant. Besides checking out Boner's BBQ, she also blogged about a Mexican place called Willy's.
