i didn't get to ride on a train like Bruce Miles did for his part of this project, but i did get a little "trip" of my own, being allowed to do a bunch of characters via ISDN for Runic Games' upcoming Torchlight II, including a haughty, condescending, all-powerful djinni whose first phrase is "Greetings, O Insignificant One..."

gotta love it.

also gotta love the great direction and encouragement from the studio side. at one point two of the directors were considering whether to have me do a certain character a different way. and i'm sure i heard the writer say, "...no...that's actually how i heard it when i wrote it."
