Looking to, at make a long-overdue move to upgrade an aging website
with, ideally CMS/content management capability... somewat extreme
makeover required but mostly downsizing and updating existing site.

I'm also thinking of overhauling my site. Are most VO sites these days using Flash or more Apple-i gadget friendly options?
