How did you get that "smoke to come out of the mic" effect?
... or is it all photoshopped in?

It's all the magic of Photoshop. I'd get arrested for mic abuse if I let my 87 get that close to real smoke. The poor thing already has enough trouble dealing with the detritus my lungs, mouth and stomach inflict on it.
