Gang -
I am posting this for a friend and colleague -- someone I know well and trust. If you are interested, please email me with relevant contact info (remove the NOSPAM) and I can forward it on.

Please make sure you meet all the tech specs before you reply. As you will read, this is probably a project best suited for voice veterans who know their own equipment very well and are eager to explore new products. If this doesn't describe you, take a pass. My technical limitations are keeping me out of this loop, too - which is why I'm helping him find one or two others to work with.

Quote: | We are looking for a technically inclined voice actor with an Mbox
and a Windows XP system. We are a software development company with
an new remarkable new product for remote voiceover work called
SoundStreak Read-To-Picture (TM). Because we have had difficulty
getting the Mbox to connect to our PC software we will need several
hours of testing time where our engineers guide you through
installing our software and the special Digidesign drivers, then
make test recordings. We can pay $30/hour and will also include free
credit towards the use of SoundStreak RTP when it is released. Note:
our efforts will not compromise your existing system, however this is
not a job for the technically meek, you should be pretty comfortable
with your gear and software. You must have an Mbox, or an Mbox 2.
Thanks! |
