Yeah...the BLEEP makes everything funnier. Take "The Osbournes" for instance...I saw the DVD where you could turn the bleeps on & off. It wasn't funny at all when they just let the F-bombs fly. Also, I think Jimmy Kimmel sometimes does a segment on his show called unnecessary censorship where they take news & TV footage from the previous week & bleep & blur out things that are in no way offensive...HI-LARIOUS. |

From the sound of things, they probably had to have a special election soon after to replace the reps who keeled over with X's on their eyes after reading that... _________________ Greg Littlefield

I'm reminded of the pixel-blurring of naked cartoon backside on Family Guy. At first, I thought the producers were doing it to satirize the hypersensitivity of network censors. Brilliant!
...then we find that it was the network itself. Blurring out naked cartoon buttocks. Cartoon buttocks, people.
The naked cartoon behinds of Homer and Bart Simpson were being shown regularly in the early '90s. Are audiences less sophisticated now???

I just scanned through George Carlin's list of Seven Dirty Words, and "frozen" isn't on there. _________________ John Bailey Voiceovers |

Hey! I just saw the Burger King commercial again on SNY (SportsNet New York) and it didn't have the BEEPS! They actually let them say "Free!" Do you think they cleaned it up because of complaints? Or is it just Saturday daytime and/or the network it's on?
