				| They want you to narrate from that?
For the sake of all concerned, I'd ask for something a little more readable.

if that isn't an option, look for some OCR software.

				| oh yeah. i told them it is "terribly difficult to read" which i hope they take as the format and not my lack of ability ! _________________

				| The flowchart is a helpful addition to the Excel version of the script, not a replacement for it. _________________

				| Do you have a scanner? Perhaps its OCR program can convert to text.
I have no idea how well this works, but it may be worth a try.

				| The client simply needs to be educated as to a better voiceover format.
And Diane - have you tried Word 2 WAV yet - a much simpler input file format - either Word or Excel.

				| To extract the text, try Evernote. It's free and seems to work well. (Its really meant as a note-taking application but it OCR's images to make the text searchable.) _________________

				| In my view, this should have been presented in script format, or at the very least in understandable prose. It's obvious this establishment has little experience dealing with voice talent.
Would one of us had presented our work in such an unprofessional way?
