Had a difficult phone patch session yesterday. It wasn't that the session wasn't good--it's that I essentially couldn't hear the director. The client called me, then conferenced in his client--the director. For me to hear either one was difficult, but the director might as well have been in outer space. Just a faint little voice. With me straining for every word. Not a good thing.

So I'm thinking that one of the call-in tele-conferencing numbers would put everyone on an even keel, audio-wise. But which one to use? The websites are confusing, and hard to tell which is legit or not.

Anyone have experience with any of these providers, and their plans and costs?

I've used freeconference.com many times with very good results, and yes it's free except for everyone's long distance charges into the system, but hopefully everyone's using cheap or free LD services these days.

They give you a phone number (in South Dakota I think) and a number password and everyone uses it to get in. Clarity's good. I've had three people with phone patch and a director all on at the same time.

I've had very good experiences with Calliflower, as well as with FreeConference.com.
