Hi, my title may be a bit misleading as these are two different problems.

I have a generic "Thanks...blah blah " auto-responder set up so clients can get immediate response. However...this kicks in on every message received. This would probably get annoying on the other side as the receiver is getting it every time they send a new mail. Is there any way to set up a responder in Thunderbird or Cpanel that only works with a unique IP?

Secondly, it seems every e-mail I send out with a file download link is getting spammed by clients mail servers. Even when the mail is a reply to the address. Is there any work around for that?
