I've heard really good things about Brauner mics. I haven't tried one personally though.

Ask Adam from Mercenary to put one up from the shop if possible. They have a few lying around (and when he chooses to sell it Fletcher's VM1 KHE is mine)

When it comes to large diaphragm microphones I will choose first Peluso and for three reasons. They are reasonably priced, they are made by someone I have met and trust and lastly I am a dealer for them.

Listen to this story from NPR about John and Mary Peluso, you will learn about the art and science of making microphones.

I picked up a Soundelux E47 a couple of weeks ago and really like it. Have recorded some VOs with it as well as some vocal tracks for a bluegrass band
and it sounds fantastic. ALthough one of the singers preferred the Tele AK47 for his vocals.

Direct us to some examples and samples, Ya'll.
