Here's another vote for billing them from the booked starting time to the actual finish time. Your time is valuable whether you're vocalizing or twiddling your thumbs. You're a professional and should be treated as such.

I (and my agent) always bill from the "call time", given by the client. In this case it would be 8:00-10:30. It was the client's choice. Don't feel guilty about it! _________________ Bobbin Beam
